HOW TO ORDER






·      Once you’ve made your selection(s), email us at sportsbrasdirect@gmail.com the following:
o   Your name
o   Email
o   Delivery address (no PO Box pls)
o   Contact number
o   Brand
o   Model number
o   Colour
o   Size
o   Quantity
o   Any other relevant information

·     PAYMENT
  Once we have received your email order, we shall send you an email confirming your order together with our bank account details. Please inform us via email once you have made payment.

·     DELIVERY
   Your order will be dispatched immediately after payment has been made and confirmed. Items will be delivered via PosLaju, so no postal box please.  Your item should arrive to you within 48 hours (4 days for Singapore). Orders made and confirmed over the weekend/public holiday will be dispatched on the next immediate working day. If you are living within the Klang Valley, ask about our doorstep delivery. We can personally deliver items to you (RM50 per delivery, a 50% rebate will be given upon purchase).

·      POSTAL CHARGES (per order)
    Peninsula Malaysia- RM5/-
    Sabah & Sarawak- RM9/-
    Singapore- RM40/-
    Postage is FREE for 2 or more items ordered.

·     OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
   While we will always ensure to keep stock of all our collection, popular sizes and models may run out quickly. If your chosen item is not immediately available, we will inform you and you can choose to cancel your order, continue with the same order albeit receive the item at a later date, or change your order.

·     SPECIAL ORDER
  On the catalogue pages are items which have to be specially ordered. This means that we do not hold stock for those sizes or colours. These orders will take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you.

·     EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
o   Items are to be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
o   Please inform us via email if you wish to make an exchange or return your item. We will then provide you with the return address.
o   For returns, your money will be refunded to you (not inclusive of postage) within 2 working days after we receive the items (subject to the conditions* below).
o   *Please ensure that it must be as new and unworn, i.e. all tags and labels are still attached, free of deodorant marks, cosmetic stains and such.
o   When trying on your purchase, we suggest that you do not wear deodorant, perfume or makeup. These can leave marks or scent which may make the item non-returnable. (best time to try it is after a shower)
o   We reserve the right to refuse returns or items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
o   In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, please inform us at sportsbrasdirect@gmail.com. We will pay for the return postage and send you the correct item free of postage.
o   If more than 30 days have passed since your item was dispatched and you would like to exchange/return it, we reserve the right to not accept them.
o   Sales items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
