- Sports bra sizes are the same as your day-to-day bra, i.e. you don't need to buy a smaller size. Sometimes a manufacturer's size does differ so a measuring guide can at best give you guidance.
- The size and shape of a woman's breast can change and go through several changes in bra sizes over their lifetime. Below is a guide to measure yourself:
1. Band size- measure immediately under your bust. Make sure it’s not too tight.

· Cups
Too small?
Scoop breasts in so they are centered and level. They should be completely held within the cups. Breast tissue that comes out of the top or side indicates the cup is too small.
Too big?
Fabric should be smooth. Wrinkles or puckers indicate that the cup is too big.
· Band
The band should fit more snug than a lingerie bra and lay straight across your back without riding up. If it rides up, the band may be too loose and/or the straps need to be adjusted. To check band fit, make sure you can comfortably take a deep breath with the bra fastened on the loosest hook adjustment.
· Straps
Straps should offer minimal stretch to reduce up-and-down breast movement. Straps should not slide off or dig into your shoulders. If they do, try adjusting them for a more comfort fit.
Sports Bra Care
· Wash them every 1-3 wears to remove the build up of dirt, sweat, and bacteria that break down the fabric
· Best option is to wash your sports bra by hand. Alternatively, place them in a laundry bag
· Hang dry or tumble dry LOW- since dryers wear down the fabric and moisture management process
· Depending on how often your sports bra is worn, it should be replaced every 6-12 months. Another opinion is to replace your sports bra when you replace your sports shoes.
